Online videos about panic and anxiety.
Here is video of a talk given by an MD and professor in the UCSF psychiatry department about panic disorder. (Her name's Ellen Haller, and she's pretty good in front of an audience--pretty easy to watch and learn from.)
Here is the first part of another talk about panic and anxiety, part of a series entitled "It's a Brain Thing." (Also see part 2, part 3, and part 4.) Lots of information here.
In a somewhat different vein, here is a video of a panic sufferer, discussing her experience with and understanding of panic and anxiety. This one will be especially valuable to people for whom panic is a new ordeal, as she talks about how over time she's become quite confident that her panic attacks are not going to kill her or make her pass out. She also discusses how her agoraphobia has improved as a result of her putting herself in situations she was afraid would trigger panic, but didn't--which is a big part of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Finally, here is a short musical comedy featuring a protagonist who suffers from panic.
